So I'm watching Dr. Oz and he's going on about how wonderful this stuff is and how wonderful it tastes. I just had to try it then I had to Google is it normal for tahini to taste bitter? The answer is yes it can taste bitter if it's over roasted or rancid. I have to say you need to develop taste to eat it everyday but once you do, you can not go back. I am now addicted to it. My first time trying tahini and I thought I had been blessed. You can say I'm a Tahini fanatic. I go through it within days.

Do not hesitate to give this or any of their products a try but this is my favorite. This is great. I discovered that freeze dried fruit is way easier to eat than just dried fruit which is sometimes hard or rubbery and not easy to snack on at the office between calls since I am on the phone a lot. Where I normally get freeze dried fruit really only has apples, strawberries, bananas and blueberries, which are great, but I got this box for the soft blended structure. All in one. I have to admit I was skeptical about it but it was really good.

If you have a household of children these will go very fast but if you are alone and don't think you can handle all of them in a two month period try the airtight containers. Overall, I’m satisfied with these walnut quality and have purchased them several times thus far. iven the excellent value for the money, I can’t deduct any stars for any reason. If I could only pick one snack to eat for the rest of my life, I'd pick this one. . I also like the wavy texture that seems to make it crunch even more nicely when you eat it! these are definitely the best!!!
