Just finished Sunday dinner which is, as always, wheat. We're Italian and my husband & I like our Sunday dinner with wheat. The bags were packed perfectly & I had no breakage. I'm going to try the other products that are sold here because they all look high quality. For this Italian family, slightly different taste, not bad, just different. I cooked them differently than the directions asked, preferring a slower, rolling boil until they were truly al dente. Perfect, about 10- 11 minutes total. I can't believe it. I'm in heaven. I had to go ahead and make this broccoli mushroom alfredo right away. I'm telling you, it is wonderful!

I really wanted to like this rice because it is REALLY sticky and it's always ready to heat and eat. I LOVE this rice! The trick is to open the package and put the rice in a glass bowl in a microwave for 1 minute, then stir in anything, like soup, or mix in a can of canned chicken or tuna In it and heat it again. The package says to microwave it right in the plastic container but when I did that, the rice smelled like plastic. It’s not a good idea to microwave anything in plastic anyway. Be sure to use a glass bowl. You’ll love it!

This is by far the best Pasta on the market. We cook it a bit longer than the directions because we like it less chewy...taste is great and compliments pasta meals.
