Reminds me of Christmas times. It looks like one of those Oriental winter specialities that you would get from friendly Street vendors with kids while they prceed to make them all around and stuff. Kinda like that (I know, cotton candy probably isn't oriental based but you get the concept) I loved the taste and the shape especially. It is easy to bite, melts in your mouth like a candy but has a very different taste in it as well. Nothing like you have tried before. There is a lot in the box so I am pretty sure it will last a lot to finish them for me.

Oh, my God, you should definitely try this amazing spice. I just met this spice, but it drives me crazy. it has a really amazing aroma. It suits salads very well. As having an Indian I can confirm that this is very delicious with any dish you cook. When cooking for eg. meat I put all of the spices I intend on using in a tiny jar and give them a good shake, then I pour it over the meat. I think that way the spices are evenly spread out, but my mom thinks it's redundant- she first uses salt, then pepper, then this ottoman spice mix one by one. Gives a lil extra kick to it. First of all, know what you want to do with the spices and what you want them to do for you. Same spice can give you very different flavours depending on how you treat it.
