These dried olives are tossed in oil, they still have their pits, and they are the exact brinry slightly bitter flavor I was looking for. If you are going to try black olives, make it these... by far the best I've tried. My last order was on the 20th, second order is now the 26th, and I'm just about out. Fantastic olives! unlike most oil cured black olives, they aren't crazy over-salty. Just the perfect amount of salty.

I love pickles and have found Tat to be the best. They are so easy to order from Gourmeturca and come in perfect condition. They are not too sweet but just right. they are not tHick but thin with some tiny pop in your mouth sizes. MY mouth is watering just writing about them. Some others are too sweet/sour but Tat are just perfect. If you like pickled beets I want to suggest you try these. Read up on mixed.........ey are good for you. might as well eat things that are good for you. There is certainly enough out there that is on the junk side. Thanks Gourmeturca for offering these!

Fresh, salty, great classic, traditional flavor. These are the same that I recall from movie theaters deli counters of yesteryear, where those giant pickles were in a huge jar and lasted for a whole movie. When you slice one, the knife snaps through the tight, firm skin and juice runs out as it should. I recommend for hamburgers and as a side with barbecue. I never buy grocery store, bottled picked any more, and, besides, you can slice to your desired thickness and only what you need. They taste great though! Definitely what I remember from my childhood, thanks.
