10 layers baklava dough is cut in a square shape. Pistachio and cream are placed in the middle of the square-shaped doughs. Square dough is joined at the corners. The triangle shaped doughs are placed on the tray. After the tray is oiled, it is given to the oven without waiting. After 30 minutes in a 170 C oven, the oil is drained and the syrup is added.
