I am not sure how but the quality is nothing like the ones in supermarkets. I can actually smell a sharp olive scent. My salads have never been better. I definitely recommend it. 5 stars!

this package has the most different products you are looking for. I've never used sumac before but I like it. I tried rice and tomato sauce, they look good together. I advice for us.
