It is an excellent molasses with its density and aroma. I cannot count how many slices of bread I have eaten with this molasses. But since I don't like anything so much, I don't care how many slices of bread I eat :)

I tried the tripe soup at a restaurant in Istanbul for the first time. I thought it was chicken meat. But in my first spoon I realized that there was something much tastier than chicken meat :) I came across this product when I thought I couldn't eat tripe soup again after I returned to England. The sherbet balance of this dessert is amazing. The moment I bite, the sherbet spreads to my mouth but it is never too sweet and dense to disturb. I love the crispy crust and the soft dough inside. Incredible!!
