Red lentils cook in 30 minutes and lose their shape so it is very easy and quick to cook. They resemble crumbled cooked ground beef in texture, and have a neutral-enough flavor that they can take on an array of seasonings. Beyond that, these lentils are ridiculously affordable. They are rich source of lean protein, fiber, and a number of other nutrients like iron, potassium, and magnesium. I am very happy to find red lentils online.

Again, it seemed more huskless than what I’m used to. It also didn’t have the normal ‘chew’ of cracked hard winter wheat. We use it in home made bread. Have used cracked wheat for years, found it unavailable. Discovered this grain and am pleased with result. Appears to be "white" wheat as opposed to "red" wheat. It is very good in the bread along with other grains. I recommend that you try it, if you are looking for a cracked wheat cereal. This makes really good bread. Great seller, fast delivery. Kadayif is my favorite dessert. In the years I lived in Turkey, I often get consumed. I loved this flavor. Now I buy it from here whenever I want. The cargoes are delivered to me quickly. I prefer these because of its taste, rapid cooking, durability, and its thin shell. It is truly amazing. It is coarse-grained, rounded and flat-looking, one end flat and the other end oval and vivid white colour. The local differences and homogeneous structure of bean is very important. I eat these twice a week and take great pleasure out of it. Very traditioanl version of Turkish white beans would definitely have stew meat, beef or lamb, and would probably not have green pepper. Since I wanted to make a vegeterian dish, I replaced meat with peppers. So the plan is up tp you. Whatever you cook with these, it becomes delicious as hell.

These are great for making soups, chilis, or just as a side dish. The beans were mostly whole, had a nice firmness to them and have a good flavour without being overly salty. My choice is to heat up a can of these beans while grilling burgers and dogs and mix in a dollop of yellow mustard into the beans or sometimes, when I'm feeling especially wild and crazy, add some chopped onion to the mix as well. Man you'd better chain me down on those afternoons, cause I'm living life on the edge on those days, let the law be damned on those crazy afternoons cause I'm out of control!

I will definitely buy again as very hard to find orzo in UK. Delicious and nutritious. Orzo is a good source of thiamin and niacin, also providing some B6, folate, iron and zinc. White rice delivers more zinc than the others, but has much smaller amounts of other nutrients. I love me some healthy products. So please look up to its benefits prior to buying. You don’t wanna eat something you don’t know.

I especially like the texture of this kind of bulgar wheat. I always eat it the same way so I'm really not personally sure of its versatility. I need to look up for that. Loved this bulgur. Cooked up easily and It retained its shape and firmness when was added to a casserole. It cooks up quickly and is so tasty I can eat it as is ... will be a staple here. excellent product. have missed eating bulgur. and it was wonderful to have it again. cooking was easy and tasted great. i still eat it with no problem.
