I was worried that these were going to be too salty and lacking in flavor, but they were absolutely perfect. They are a breeze to prep, season and cook. Every bulgur included dish I had came out perfectly each and every time. I wasn’t familiar with it a lot, but when I googled it, it all looked like regular cracked wheat. When it arrived, it looked paler than what I was used to. I just cooked a cup as cereal. I saw some husk in the water, but again, seemed ‘cleaner’ than what I normally fix. This also seemed to cook faster and wasnt sticking to the bottom of my pan. Great, would definitely recommend.
