I love this baklava with its freshness and abundance of pistachios. You can understand the freshness of the dough from its crispiness. I bought it to serve my guests, but we loved it with my husband and children and we finished them all :) Now I order one tray for ourselves and one tray for our guests.

Tea and simit are one of the best duo I've ever seen. I love the crunchy of the bagels but when I eat it together with the tea, I love how the tea softens it. It is incredibly delicious when you slice cheese and tomatoes and heat it in a toaster. I can eat it every morning and evening :)

The unique aroma of dolma is very delicious. While I don't think the rice wrapped leaf will be so delicious, I want to eat it every day :) The mixture in it was cooked very well.
