I had eaten the dolma for the first time in a Turkish friend and I liked it very much, but I did not have much expectation when buying this product. I thought it was more delicious when you made it yourself at home. Because for me there was a balance of everything about it. For example, rice should not be cooked too much and should be flavored with spices. The leaves should be absolutely thin and sour. Then I realized that everything I was looking for was in it. Well cooked spicy rice mortar, thin leaf, lemon slice and olive oil... EXCELLENT!

My boyfriend doesn't like drinking tea very much. Usually he drinks because I insist him. But when I bought this tea I was sure he would love it . Tarhana has a local flavor as well as its smell. Its naturalness is evident from its smell. It is our favorite soup with its naturalness, taste, practicality and reasonable price. I ordered a new one just before the tarhana in the house was finished. The old one is over and the new one was delivered just in time. Super fast!

I love the Turkish bagel. I love the fact that the inside is soft and the outside is crispy. Eating sesame seeds scattered around is very enjoyable :) I usually like eating it with jam and honey for breakfast. I is my number one food with reasonable price and delicious taste.

When I first saw this baklava, I wondered how it took the shape of a mussel :) I think the mussel shape added even more flavor to this baklava. Crispy dough and plenty of pistachios are indispensable sides of it. Nice job Gourmeturca!

Such lovely fruit. I put them in everything, including a small jar on the table to snack on. I even made apricot flavored cakes by cutting them into small slices. You can consume it as you wish. Excellent!
