Dolma is a very interesting appetizer in Turkish cuisine. I had never eaten a leaf before :) I did not even think that the combination of rice and leaf would be so delicious and aromatic. I think thin leaf, lemon, olive oil and spicy rice are indispensable for delicious dolma. You can find everything you are looking for in this product :)
