One reason I love pistachios is that it is crispy. I love it so much even that sometimes I want to put it in my mouth with its shells :) The shells of this pistachio open very easily. I made baklava for the first time at home and bought this pistachio for baklava. It was incredibly delicious. I strongly advice both pistachio and baklava :)

There are three important points to make delicious dolma for me. First, vine leaves should be thin and small. Secondly, rice should be flavored with spices, onion and tomato paste. Finally, it should be cooked with olive oil and lemon should be added on it. This dolma that is cooked by paying attention to the critical points for me is I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E!!!!

Pistachio is more than dough in this baklava. I admire the pistachio pieces that spread in my mouth every bite. The sherbet is not very sweet and intense. So it is very heavy.
