Almond Soup with Milk

"Almond Soup with Milk from Ottoman Palace cuisine is one of the most popular and indispensable flavors of the Ottoman Empire. It took its place in the circumcision ceremonies organized by Kanuni for the princes Shah Cihangir and Beyazid in Edirne. - 150 Grams of Almond
- 3 Tablespoons of Butter
- 1/2 Cups of Flour
- 4 Cups of Bone Broth
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Groun Black Pepper
- 1/2 Nutmeg

Melt the butter in the pan.

Add flour to the pan and fry on low heat.

Add bone broth on it and mix.

Add the milk and continue mixing until it becomes thick.

Baked Meatballs and Potatoes

- 1 Onion
- 400 Grams Minced Meat
- 2 Tablespoons of Bread Crumbs
- 1 Teaspoon of Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon of Pimento
- 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
- Salt
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Handful of Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
- 2 Long Green Peppers

Grate the onion in the mixing bowl.
